• Corrections and feedback. If a specification we published is wrong or out of date, tell us and include the source. These get handled first.
• Sponsorship and partnerships. Brands and agencies working in home air quality, heating, cooling or smart home equipment are welcome to get in touch.
• Guest posts. We consider contributions from writers with genuine knowledge of HVAC, indoor air quality or home energy. Send a topic and a writing sample.
• General questions. Anything else about the site, our research approach or how we work.

What we cannot help with

We are not able to provide personalised HVAC engineering advice, electrical guidance, medical guidance related to air quality or allergies, or warranty and repair support for products you have purchased. For warranty issues, contact the manufacturer or the retailer directly. For electrical work, wiring questions or system installation, consult a licensed professional in your area.

Product samples and review requests

Breez Aura is research-based and does not conduct hands-on product testing, so we do not request or accept product samples for evaluation. If you represent a brand and would like a product considered for coverage, send the specification sheet, the owner manual and any relevant certifications. Published documentation is what we work from.
